Brandon & Leah Want Everyone To Be Their Cronies

SoCal natives Brandon & Leah’s Cronies EP, out today, effortlessly melds electro-pop-soul with a classic California sound. Brandon’s song-writing and Leah’s pure voice on the melody-rich tracks, make them a couple we can’t help fall in love with.

The five-track EP includes the single “Showstopper” (the current theme song for E! Network’s “Kourtney and Kim Take Miami”) is one that is sure to get stuck in your head. Its bass-heavy with a playful sound that makes you want to move around. The track also has an equally fun music video on their youtube channel.

“Boom Boom Boom” paints a picture of a love triangle no one wants to be caught in. The easy flowing track has a cool retro vibe that provides the perfect soundtrack for those impending summer days. See Brandon & Leah perform “Boom Boom Boom” on AXS TV.

The third track, “You’re So Cold” can only be described as epic. Its one of those “roll the windows down and turn it up” songs that can carry you through the roughest of days. We could definitely see this song being used in a few dramatic movie breakup scenes.

“House of Cards” is a cautionary tale about life in the fast lane. Fame and fortune are not all they seem; When you fall, you fall hard and fast-like a house of cards. “House of Cards” definitely makes us bob our head and we’re okay with that.

“Say it Ain’t So Bad” rounds out the EP with a light melodic tune that can turn any bad day around. Its breezy, acoustic feel is a welcomed contrast to the sexier, more upbeat tracks on the EP that really shows Brandon & Leah’s ability to genre hop.

I think its safe to say we’ll have our Cronies, Brandon & Leah, on repeat for a while. Will you?

Cronies is now available for purchase on their website, iTunes or Amazon.
